A Hero's Day Competition Showcasing Boda Boda Riders, Culture, and Tourism Across Busoga Sub-region.

The Boda Boda Rally 2026 is more than a competition, it is a platform to highlight safety, sustainability, and tourism promotion across Busoga.

The event will take riders from main highways to rugged off-road trails, through rough terrain, water splashes, and towards Busoga’s iconic cultural and tourist sites. All motorbikes will undergo thorough mechanical inspections to ensure fitness for the competition, while riders will strictly observe health and safety regulations for a safe and exciting experience

Riders will showcase their skills, talent, and adrenaline in an organized and competitive setting, while demonstrating what it means to be a responsible and professional boda boda rider.

Boda bodas are naturally competitive on the road, but this time they will channel that energy into a thrilling showcase of talent, discipline, and community pride. The event will promote and encourage sustainable tourism, inspiring communities and visitors to embrace eco-friendly practices, celebrate cultural heritage, and support a circular economy that benefits both people and the environment.

This will be the first-ever event of its kind, set to draw massive crowds lining the rally route to cheer on riders as they showcase their skills. The course will take bikers from highways into rough terrain, across hills, slopes, and thrilling water splashes, while also passing through cultural landmarks and tourism attractions. With both competitive and non-competitive sections, the rally promises a unique blend of excitement, culture, and adventure that will captivate audiences throughout the region.
